At Able Foundation, we aim to make tuition payments simple, transparent, and convenient for parents and guardians. Our fee structure is designed to support access to quality, inclusive education and specialised learning support for children and young people with disabilities and learning differences.
Fees and Payments
Tuition and programme fees are payable in advance according to the payment schedule provided at the time of admission. Parents and guardians are expected to ensure that fees are paid on time to support uninterrupted participation in learning and other programme activities.
Upon admission, parents or guardians will receive information about the applicable fees, payment schedule, and available payment methods. Where applicable, payments may be made monthly, termly, or according to an agreed payment arrangement.
If your circumstances change and you experience difficulty meeting the agreed payment schedule, please contact Able Foundation as early as possible so that we can discuss the available options.

Payment Deadlines
All tuition and programme payments should be completed by the specified payment deadlines to ensure smooth administration and continued participation in the programme. Parents and guardians are encouraged to make payments before the due date to avoid delays in processing.
Where fees remain outstanding after the agreed deadline, Able Foundation may contact the parent or guardian regarding the outstanding balance. Continued non-payment may affect participation in certain services or programmes, subject to the circumstances and any agreed payment arrangements.
If you anticipate difficulty making a payment on time, please contact our office in advance. We encourage open communication so that appropriate arrangements can be considered where possible.
Payment Policies
Able Foundation requires tuition and programme fees to be paid according to the payment schedule communicated during admission or registration. Fees may be payable monthly, termly, or according to another arrangement agreed with the parent or guardian.
Payments should be made using the official payment methods provided by Able Foundation. Parents and guardians should retain their payment confirmation or receipt as proof of payment.
All payments will be recorded against the relevant learner or account to ensure accurate financial records. If a payment has been made but is not reflected on your account, please contact Able Foundation and provide the relevant payment reference or receipt for verification.
Where a parent or guardian's financial circumstances change, they should contact Able Foundation as early as possible. Any alternative payment arrangement will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be agreed with the Foundation.
Important Payment Information
Please use only official Able Foundation payment channels.
Always request or retain a payment receipt or transaction confirmation.
Do not send your PIN, password, or other confidential banking credentials to Able Foundation staff.
Contact the Foundation if you are unsure about a payment method.
Payments should clearly identify the learner or account they relate to where required.
Outstanding balances should be addressed as soon as possible.
Any special payment arrangement should be agreed with Able Foundation in advance.
